For the theme, I thought about what I do for back to school.
My back to school might be a little different as I deal with the older kid set.
Like college age.
Letters for You and Number the Years were perfect for my needs!

For years, I have been creating tags to go with treats for the band.
The treats are handed out at football games.
And just because I’m dealing with college band doesn’t mean
that the kids in my “favorite” section don’t like treats!
These are the tags from game one — they won!
The band — they’re show was awesome!!
and the football team.
In case you are wondering H2P stands for Hail to Pitt.

The tags cut with the Layering Ovals Thinlits were
tied onto my cellophane bags filled with Rice Crispie Treats.
Add a little bit of Night of Navy 1/2″ Gingham Ribbon
and you’ve got a cute and easy treat!

I’d love to be your demonstrator if you live in the United States!
Such great tags for yummy treats, Sara. I want a Rice Crispie now – they look amazing! D xox
Thanks Denita. Just a little game time fun.
What a nice way to package your treats! They look really great! I’m sure the kids will love them!
Thanks Linda! It’s just a fun, simple way to let the kids know “we love the band!”
Great project!
Thanks Julie. I love making tags (usually simple) for each of the football games during the season. The kids get a kick out of them.
Such a clever and quick and easy treat wrapping. Treats are even better with a cute tag!
Thanks Sara! I agree — treats are totally better with a tag. And simple, makes them even better!!
