You know when you were younger and went roller skating? There was the this group skates and that group skates and an “all” skate. Well, the Twisty Treats are kind of the Sale-A-Bration version of the all skate. Everyone needs these whether you hand out treat bags at various times of the year or package gifts, these cute bags are for you.
The free Twisty Treats kit comes with 12 printed cellophane bags, 12 printed twist ties, 12 die-cut tags and a page of self adhesive, die cut glitter hearts. This kit is great the way it comes or you can change it up, which is what I decided to do.
I started with one of the die cut tags that has the same color combination going on as the lovely Retro Fresh designer paper. Next I chose the heart image from Peachy Keen and inked it with Tangerine Tango. Then I kissed the heart with the grid image to give it a little distressed texture. The arrow, also from Peachy Keen, was stamped in Coastal Cabana and cut with the On Film framelits. Finally, I added two banners sticking out from the bottom. The Whipser White banner was embossed with the Deocrative Dots folder. And the tiny striped banner is just a bit of Watercolor Wonder washi tape.
I filled this bag with a few candies for a friend. Twisty Treats will be great for Valentine’s Day, Easter goodies, birthday parties. Or, maybe you have a class that will make things for Mother’s or Father’s Day? This will make easy packaging. What will you put in your Twisty Treats bags?
