Window Shopping Birthday

I’m on a bold streak this week!  It wasn’t intentional but everything I’ve created so far this week has been bold!  Do you do that?  Find yourself creating with the same colors, styles, etc?  It’s actually kind of fun to look back and realize what has happened.

Today, I’ve created with Window Shopping.

Window Shopping Birthday card from

I wanted to use this bold, busy print from the Affectionately Yours designer paper.

The large birthday sentiment stamp in Window Shopping seemed to be a perfect fit.

It was stamped in Watermelon Wonder on Whisper White.

Isn’t the detail in this font fun!?

Next, the sentiment layer was backed by a piece of Night of Navy cardstock.

I decided that with busy, you can get busier.

I added one of the Lace Doilies.

Do you know they have a Whisper White side and a Very Vanilla side?

Over the doily is some Gold Sequin Trim.

Next, I adhered the sentiment strip with Dimensionals.

Then, I added a trio of Basic Rhinestones and one gold sequin from the trim as accents.

The inside of the card is finished

with a piece of Whisper White

and a strip of Affectionately Yours washi.
