I had a great morning! Two of my customer friends had requested a special class using the Watercolor Wishes Card Kit and as usual, I was happy to accommodate the request. We spent the morning stamping and assembling the kit…and enjoying each others’ company. In other words, we spent the morning having fun! They were so pleased with it that they ordered more to give as gifts.
Here’s a sampling of the 20 cards we made.
Be sure to read along and find out how we extended this cute, cute kit!
I can’t get over the fact that you get everything for 20 complete cards — stamps, ink, card bases, die cut stickers, flowers, wooden elements, washi, sequins, dimensionals, and envelopes. The only thing you need are a bone folder and a little liquid adhesive.
We even figured out how to make an additional 9 cards!
Want to know how?
There are nine cards in the kit that have the design or color on both the front and the back.
They can be cut in half at the score line and both halves can be mounted on a solid color base of your choice.
And if you like all the cute die cut tags that are included in the kit, save the sheets they come from!
You’ll want to cut out the colored frame that was left on the sheet and adhere it to a piece of coordinating cardstock. Now you have 16 more cute tags! And you still have the really versatile stamp set that is included with the kit. Awesome!!
Use your extra sequins, flowers, stickers, wooden elements and washi to finish decorating the bonus cards you’ve just created.
