Stamping Sunday Blog Hop – Eastern Palace Suite

Hello!  Welcome to the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop – Eastern Palace Suite.  We’re showcasing the fabulous versatility of the Eastern Palace Suite.  We were able to get it early but, you’ll be able to get your hands on it beginning tomorrow!!

Stamping Sunday Blog Hop Header

I love a bundle and almost always have to play with the dies first.

That’s exactly what I did today.

First, I played with the many combinations that

can be cut with the dies.

Then, I actually started creating.

Stamping Sunday Blog Hop – Eastern Palace Suite

Eastern Medallions card for Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - Eastern Palace Suite

I’ve used a variety of products on this card that are

available in the Eastern Palace Suite bundle.

Starting with a Basic Black cardstock base,

I then added a layer of Pop of Pink designer paper

and a strip of the beautiful foiled design

from the Eastern Palace specialty designer paper (144147).

Next, I die cut pieces of Berry Burst ( 144243) and Lemon Lime Twist (144245) cardstocks

with the Eastern Medallions Thinlits (143725).

After curling the flower tips with my Bone Folder,

I sandwiched the layers with Dimensionals.

Then, I attached the gold Mini Tassel (144154) – also in the bundle –

with a Glue Dot.

My next

Eastern Palace Suite

creation is a box.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again –

I LOVE these Clear Tiny Treat Boxes!!

They’re so easy to decorate!

The box is lined with a piece of Pop of Pink designer paper.

Then, I tied a double loop of Melon Mambo Thick Baker’s Twine around the box

and added a gold Mini Tassel.

On top, I used two Lemon Lime Twist die cuts from the Eastern Medallions.

Then, I created the center for the flower from Berry Burst cardstock.

The pieces were cut with one of the tiny dies in the collection.

I think these will be perfect for my next gift giving occasion!
