OSAT Blog Hop Pocket Full of Posies

OSAT Blog Hop Pocket Full of Posies Flourishing Phrases card from theartfulinker.com

Hi!  Welcome to my blog.  My name is Sara Levin aka the artful inker.  Today, I’ve created for the OSAT Blog Hop Pocket Full of Posies.  This theme fit in perfectly with my longing for all the pretty flowers to begin blooming.  I’m a fan of the basic fold over card but, today I’ve used a different style.  I think you’ll like this change up.  Let’s take a look at what I’ve created.  Then you’ll want to be sure to check out the rest of the design team.

Sometimes, I’m very literal.

And since I was being literal with my creation,

I decided to change up the shape and fold a little bit.

On the front of my Dapper Denim card, I stamped the flourish from Flourishing Phrases.

Next, I added a Dapper Denim pocket using the Pocket Framelits.

Then, I added some embossed copper detailing with Pocketful of Sunshine.

Using the Flourish Thinlits, I cut flowers, berries and a viney flourish.

Inside, I  adhered two pieces of Color Theory designer paper.

This makes for a pretty “reveal”.

And all the way inside, I added two Whisper White panels.

Then, I stamped the same flourish from the front.
