Gift Bag Punch Board for St. Patrick’s Day

Today, I’ve got a quick and easy idea for you for St. Patrick’s Day.  It just happens to be tomorrow and you may not have decided what to make yet.

So, pull out your Gift Bag Punch Board.

One of my all time favorite tools!

Gift Bag Punch Board sack of gold for St. Patrick's Day

This “sack of gold”

starts with Cucumber Crush cardstock.

A very good shade for this holiday’s green.

Using the Gift Bag Punch Board,

I created this six sided bag/box/sack.

Then I punched holes on all sides using the

hole punch at the top of the board.

Confession – I sometimes forget this feature is there

as I don’t use it often.

Next, I used gold hearts from the

Metallics Sequin Assortment to create my shamrock leaves.

The stems were drawn on with a Cucumber Crush Stampin’ Write Marker.

After threading 1/4″ Gold Natural Trim through the holes and tying the bow,

I used Dimensionals to hold down the tabs at the top.

Finally, I turned the bag/box/sack over

and used Tear and Tape to adhere the bottom tabs.

This one is easy!

You’ve still got time to make a few before tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my Gift Bag Punch Board bag/box/sack for St. Patrick’s Day!
