Bunny Tags for Easter

Yesterday afternoon I had a call from Anne, one of my team members. She was telling me that she had a couple of events coming up and wanted to run her table ideas by me.  While we were chatting about options, an idea popped into my head.  We both loved the most recent Paper Pumpkin kit but not everyone got it. (Those bunnies are so dang cute!!)

So if you missed out on the March Paper Pumpkin,

here’s another way to make some pretty cute bunnies.

Pyramid Pals and Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Bunny Tags - from theartfulinker.com

Are they sweet?

I used the Layering Ovals Framelits to cut the base layer from Whisper White.

Scalloped oval for her and a plain oval fro him.

For the next layer, I used one of the Stitched Shapes Framelits to

cut the Blushing Bride and Soft Sky cardstocks.

Before adhering these to labels together with Dimensionals,

I used the 1/16″ Handheld Punch and then

threaded a piece of Whisper White Baker’s Twine through.

For the ears, I used one of the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits.

Then they were stamped in Blushing Bride or Soft Sky ink using one of

the ear images from Playful Pals.

The face is another die cut from the Stitched Shapes Framelits.

And, all of the face pieces are from Playful Pals.

For, I used a piece of Blushing Bride Baker’s Twine to create a bow.

He was finished with a bow tie made with one of the nose images from Playful Pals.

It’s cut out by hand.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my bunny tags created with Playful Pals and the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits.
