Beautiful You with Painter’s Palette

I got home last night from my mom’s and immediately sat down to create my “to do” list for today.  I’m better with a list.  While I was compiling my list a friend texted and asked if I could come into the school this morning to help with candy.  Sure!  That was a very good thing!!  I am so much more productive when I have lots to do than I am with too much time on my hands.  Are you like that too? Or, are you just very organized all the time?

A Fast Friday card was the perfect fit for the time I had to give to creativity today.

Beautiful You with Painter's Palette from

This quick, clean and simple card uses Beautiful You and Painter’s Palette.

The full frame and easel from Painter’s Palette were stamped on the

Thick Whisper White base.

Then, I stamped them again and cut out the frame (inside and out)

using Layering Squares Framelits.

The figure from Beautiful You was stamped in Archival Basic Gray.

Then, she was colored in using a Blender Pen and Sweet Sugarplum ink.

After adding a Basic Rhinestone accent to her hat,

the frame was adhered using Adhesive Foam Strips.

Finally, I added a small swoosh in Sweet Sugarplum.

This image from Painter’s Palette was stamped off before adding it to the card.

Then, the sentiment from Beautiful You was added in Night of Navy.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my Beautiful You with Painter’s Palette Fast Friday card.
